POSITIONING

An Independent Third Party

Cabinet CH_G+ intervenes exclusively within the framework of an advisory assignment, upstream of any design or construction execution.

The objective is not to design or supervise works, but to analyze, structure information, and clarify the decision.

The assignment is carried out outside any design and construction supervision role and outside regulated diagnostics.

FOUNDATIONS OF THE APPROACH

An Architectural and Decision-Oriented Assessment

Led by an architect registered with the Order of Architects (CROAIF), holder of a Master’s degree in Assistance to Project Ownership and Built Asset Management, the Firm provides:

– an architectural reading of the existing building
– an understanding of technical challenges
– a perspective on regulatory obligations and constraints
– a decision-oriented approach

The objective is to identify areas of uncertainty, points of attention, and potential risks prior to any commitment.
