  • Consistency analysis between documents and apparent condition
  • Identification of risks, defects and apparent non-compliance

Excludes project management, regulated diagnostics, structural engineers, legal or tax advice.

On quotation, established after a first conversation according to the nature and complexity of the property.

Building Survey Comprehensive

Full technical and architectural due diligence with external specialists.

Description:

An in-depth mission for situations with significant technical or heritage stakes. Combines document analysis, inspection and external contributions for a complete picture of risks. Designed for high-stakes decisions and complex assets.

Scope:
  • In-depth review of documents and diagnostic reports
  • One or more site visits
  • Architectural and structural analysis
  • Coordination of engineers and specialists where required
  • Cross-analysis and synthesis of external contributions
  • Structured synthesis report with decision-support conclusions
Exclusions:

Excludes project management, regulated diagnostics, legal or tax advice, judicial expertise. External specialists’ fees not included.

Fees:
