Two sequences. One standard of rigour.
CH_G operates according to two distinct sequences : an analytical logic before signing, a management logic after. Each follows a precise, documented and contractualised process.
Building Survey
01
Documentary analysis and official sources
Plans, surveys, minutes of general meetings, co-ownership rules, invoices, warranties and maintenance contracts. Verification against the cadastre, local planning rules, easements and natural risks. Everything that exists is read before the visit. Gaps are identified.
02
On-site inspection
Non-destructive visit, from basement to roof: interiors, façades, grounds and surroundings. Systematic photographic record, completed by an aerial drone survey where the assignment provides for it. The apparent condition is checked against the documents.
03
External contributions where needed
Where the situation warrants it, CH_G brings in structural engineers or technical design offices. No specialist is engaged without your agreement. Each contributor acts under their own responsibility. CH_G coordinates and synthesises.
04
Report and conclusions
Risks identified, prioritised and set in financial perspective. For due diligence, decision-ready conclusions before you sign. For the asset review, a thirty-year maintenance plan and a budget projection. A tool for deciding, not an inventory of defects.
Advisory mission outside project management, outside design, outside regulated diagnostics (energy, asbestos, lead), outside legal or tax advice, outside judicial expertise. The exact scope is defined in the letter of appointment signed before work begins.
