Full technical and architectural due diligence with external specialists.

Description:

An in-depth mission for situations with significant technical or heritage stakes. Combines document analysis, inspection and external contributions for a complete picture of risks. Designed for high-stakes decisions and complex assets.

  • In-depth review of documents and diagnostic reports
  • One or more site visits
  • Architectural and structural analysis
  • Coordination of engineers and specialists where required
  • Cross-analysis and synthesis of external contributions
  • Structured synthesis report with decision-support conclusions
Exclusions:

Excludes project management, regulated diagnostics, legal or tax advice, judicial expertise. External specialists’ fees not included.

Asset Review & Maintenance Plan

Asset review and thirty-year maintenance plan.

Description:

Programming the upkeep and expenditure of a property you already own. A complete review of the house and its grounds, leading to a year-by-year expenditure plan. Suited to private houses, villas and properties with grounds.

  • Documentary review and verification against official sources
  • Non-destructive architectural visit, grounds and surroundings included
  • Aerial drone survey
  • Review of current contracts, warranties and insurance policies
