Charbel Ghanem practises as an architect, a professional title granted in France and regulated by Law no. 77-2 of 3 January 1977 on architecture. He is registered with the French Order of Architects (Ordre des Architectes) under no. 076912, with the Île-de-France Regional Council (CROAIF), 148 rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin, 75010 Paris.

4. Purpose of the site

The purpose of www.ch-g.fr is to present the technical advisory services provided by CH_G: technical and architectural due diligence prior to acquisition, and client-side project support during construction works. The information provided is indicative and does not constitute a contractual commitment.

5. Professional activity

CH_G carries out the activity of an architect and independent technical adviser, covering in particular technical and architectural due diligence prior to property acquisition and client-side project support (assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage) during construction works. Each engagement is governed by a written contract setting out its scope, its limits and the responsibilities involved. Depending on the engagement, CH_G may act in an advisory and client-side support capacity, outside any project management role, or may be appointed as project manager (maîtrise d’œuvre). The exact scope — and in particular whether or not the engagement includes the direction of the works — is defined contractually before any work begins.

6. Professional insurance

CH_G holds professional indemnity insurance with the Mutuelle des Architectes Français assurances (MAF), 189 boulevard Malesherbes, 75856 Paris Cedex 17, France — policy no. 180604/B.

The cover applies to operations carried out in metropolitan France and the French overseas departments.

Mediation may only be initiated by the consumer, after a written complaint has been addressed to CH_G and left unresolved, and must be conducted within ninety days.

10. Governing law

This website is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable settlement, where applicable through the mediation provided for in Article 9. Failing that, the courts having jurisdiction over the publisher’s registered address shall be competent.
